1What is the cost?
Our virtual personal training sessions range depending on the service and frequency of sessions.
Virtual Strength/Endurance and Pilates Mat are KD 10/ session
Virtual Pilates Barre & Pilates Reformer are KD 15/ session

Our in home personal training and pilates packages range depending on the service and frequency of sessions.
Mat Pilates and Personal Training sessions are KD 25/session.
Pilates Reformer sessions are KD 30/session.
Packages of 10 and 20 sessions are available at a discounted rate.
All sessions can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to session.
2What type of workout will I do at home?
Each session begins with a warm-up. After the warm-up, the trainer will introduce the exercises for the day and explain what muscles will be worked and why the exercises were selected. The trainer’s role is to create a program that is specific to your goals and ensure each exercise is performed correctly and safely. In addition, our trainers spend a lot of time creating workouts that are not only effective but also fun. We routinely have clients mention that they like working with our trainers because the variety of exercises keeps them motivated. Many of our Personal Trainers are also Stott Pilates certified and can offer In Home Pilates sessions or mix some Pilates exercises into your routine.
3What are the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer?
Our team of Personal Trainers have extensive knowledge, training and skills. The benefits of working with a trainer are many.

  • Pilates At-Home: Many of our Personal Trainers are also Stott Pilates certified and can offer In Home Pilates sessions or mix some Pilates into your routine.
4Do I need to be fit to work with a personal trainer?
The Personal Trainers at PNM work with clients of all fitness levels. The exercises your trainer will select will be based on YOUR fitness level to provide the appropriate workout during your session to optimize results.
5How many times each week should I work with a Personal Trainer?
That all depends on your goals, schedule and budget. After a quick evaluation your trainer will be able to create a plan that best meets your needs.
